Lately we've found ourselves grinding to a halt a little. The making has not slowed, but the website has not been given equal attention. Therefore, it deserved a little sprucing up.
We are in no way tech professionals, so the process of building our online portfolio has definitely been a learning curve but we feel we're getting there, slowly but surely. It's a fun journey learning what our customers like and how we can communicate better with them. We hope that our site is more streamlined and user-friendly now.
Our range has been updated, now including our highly popular yarn bowls, along with a few other unique items. Several of our favourite commissioned pieces can be seen in the commission gallery, and our large order page is now available for those who are after a large quantity of ceramics. We want to provide as wide a range as possible for our customers to choose from.
As I said, this is definitely still a work in progress, so if you spot anything that doesn't quite work as it should please do not hesitate to reach out. We are always eager for constructive feedback.
We hope you like the renovations, and we look forward to all we can do in the future to give you the best experience possible with us, from the minute you open the website, to the parcel arriving at your door.
