Customer care is at the heart of everything we do, while there is nothing more I like to do than push my skills to the limits on the wheel, without lovely people wanting lovely things we are nothing.

We are happy to discuss individual requirements and will work to your design as best we can, however our art style is what it is, as cannot always accede to exact designs from clients, we will add our input and sure that between Catkin and the client can always strike up a unique item for your chosen setting.

Please be aware that, due to the fact that each of our items is handmade to order, no two products will be completely identical. Colour can vary slightly from product images, which is totally normal due to the temperamental nature of glazes. We do, however, ensure that sets sent out together are as close to identical as possible without becoming carbon copies

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
As a chef of 30 years, my main focus in ceramics is tableware. Sally handbuilds beautiful trinket dishes and sculptures and ornaments, which we would be happy to consider if you want something for your retail venue.

Chefs and restauranteurs, contact me for a bespoke service for all tableware. I work to create unique items for chefs, with all preparation tailored to each chef, including the glaze recipes used. All plates, cups, jugs and bowls are handmade by us, so you will have perfectly imperfect tableware to add to the story of your unique restaurant or catering table setting.
