Each item is packed carefully to survive the rigours of our postal and courier systems, however accidents do happen, in this unlikely event, all we ask once the cursing and gasping has passed is that you take a few detailed snaps of the product and the packaging and email us straight away. I will immediately spur into action checking my shelves for a replacement, or contacing you to arrange a remake if you'd prefer. ONce we have a happy resolution I can then get grumpy with my delivery company. grrrrrr
Each item is described to the best of my ability on here, but everything is hand made and not uniform, I try to keep thigns as even as possible but there will be slight differences in each item, which is what I beleve makes a unique item for everyone.
As most items are made to order, unless there is a fault, I cannot accept returns as my shelves are just too small sorry.
SHIPPING INFO
I post as fast as possible, in a madhouse of 7 of us this can be a day or 2, but will be in touch if we encounter any impending disasters that hold us up any more than that, during these times of COVID-19, delivery can take a little longer as the delivery infrastructure is busier than before, all items howsoever shipped are tracked to give both of us piece of mind, and you will receive an email with the tracking number on the day of shipping.
